type “recently uploaded” in search option and then search, then apply filter Today or Last Hour.
You will find random videos uploaded on today or last hour
1. Click the filters button
2.Click today.
On android do a search and then click the upper right to open search options. Once the search filter is open you will find many options
Search for any topic you want to watch videos of.
Then go to search filters and do this :
And you will get the latest uploads. You can choose today instead of last hour.
Search %3E Click the filters button %3E Click today.
Go in filter option after searching the keywords, just next to the search bar. Select “Upload Time %3E Today” there. And here you go.

I don't think that's possible. If you try to construct an empty search query sorted by upload date, you get seemingly random results from the last few hours.
More than 48h of video are uploaded every minute on youtube (source), so perhaps that's why they don't have a feature like that.
