According to Adobe, set the following REGKEY to 1 will unpin Creative Cloud Files:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Adobe\CreativeCloud]
"unPinCCF"=dword:00000001
However it doesn't seem to work. This is what works for me on Windows 10 and Windows 11:

The registry entry for
is related to Adobe and can be deleted, according to the post
How do I remove the 'Creative Cloud Files' folder from my PC?{0E270DAA-1BE6-48F2-AC49-FD8E73FEA996}
However, if your case is similar to the one described in this post, and this registry entry will be re-created on the next reboot, you will need to use the same solution of taking ownership and setting all permissions to Deny.
In the future, I suggest using Revo Uninstaller Free to uninstall software and detect all its leftovers.
I have tested the following, removing the registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Desktop\NameSpace\{0E270DAA-1BE6-48F2-AC49-8B7440BCAABB}
Resolves the issue.

Didn't even require a restart of Explorer. As I can't see any information from your path I can't confirm if the GUID will be the same for you, I only had two other things in there (Dropbox and OneDrive), where one had a default key of HKCU. (I can also confirm removing the Dropbox and OneDrive ones from here removes from this dropdown also.)Creative Cloud Files
