You can’t.
When they’ve deleted their Instagram account, you won’t be able to find it.
The only way is if you’ve chatted with them in Direct message, but if so, you’ll only see an account with the username “Instagrammer” and their profile will be empty.

Once an Instagram account is deleted it’s impossible to find them on the platform until Instagram reinstates them.
No, you can’t. If account is deleted there is no way to view it.
When someone account is deleted it's usually because someone hack that person account because that happen to me, I know this because I keep checking the things I commented and like on people I know posts or follow and there is nothing there even the username I have isn't there. So that mean there is no use to see it no matter if you think it's in a deep internet piles of scraps. It is what it is.

If the account is deleted it’s deleted. It’s deleted for a reason because they dont want to be on there anymore.
You cannot find a deleted person’s Instagram account. There is no way and you cannot hack into Instagram to check their user database.
If you enter a username of that particular person in search query box, you’ll find no results for that username. There’s no backtrack history of that user on Instagram. Once deleted, it is gone forever. Also, the Direct Messages (DMs) to the deleted person’s account won’t help you find the account.
You can’t, you’ll see that the page isn’t available. Just like Facebook, when you get blocked or the account you search for has been deleted. :)
If you have ever copied the link of that profile (which has been deleted) earlier, and paste that link on any browser, the browser will say “sorry, this page isn't available”.
If you think that you can see his/her profile by finding his/her account through chat/messages, then you are wrong. Instagram will delete all the chats as soon as the account has been blocked or deleted permanently or temporarily. However it takes some time to remove the chats of the deleted account. Usually the chats vanish after completing a period of time after which the accounts data is removed completely from the servers.
Let me tell you that if any Instagram account is deleted, it lost all its access, data (which includes posts, stories, chats and others), links and connections from Facebook or any other app.
So, there's no way to access a deleted Instagram account unless you ask Instagram to do so;-)
