Maybe it didn't send...Maybe the name got changed...Maybe if you'd mentioned the kind of phone, the kind of computer, the circumstances, etc. someone might have been able to help.

If anyone else has this 'problem', make sure you to Settings>Sharing, check the Bluetooth Sharing box and select folder (preferably Downloads) or make a folder if you wish. Once that's done, share from any device to your Mac via Bluetooth. Hope this helps.
