You can pair the buds to more than one device, but it doesn't support multi-point connectivity (i.e., your buds can't be connected to more than one device at the same time). You will have to tap 'connect' on whatever device you want the buds to switch to. For instance, if your buds are currently connected to your phone, and you want to switch to your Windows laptop, you'll need to either open the Bluetooth devices menu in Windows or use the 'Connect' shortcut from the action center, and then select the buds to connect. The buds will disconnect from your phone and connect to your laptop.
