Honestly, I like to think that with dlss become more widely implemented and with the potential update of it becoming driver wide, VRAM requeriments will lower quite a bit. And with the games naturally using more vram in the future, it should just even out with what we have now. I don't think NVIDIA will just release outdated cards, and can't expect people to upgrade their shiny new 3000 series to the super variants in a few months. And you know if it does fall short in a year or so, lowering from ultra to high textures won't kill anybody imo.
