Summary
It is possible to transfer phone calls between an iPhone and an Apple Watch by enabling Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Handoff on both devices. Tapping the green bar will automatically launch the Phone app on the handset and seamlessly transfer the in-progress call from the wrist to the hand in one fell swoop without disconnecting the call.

To enable Handoff on the iPhone, users must go to Settings → General → Handoff and toggle it on.
