Microsoft allows users to change the placement of titles in a chart by dragging them or by selecting a specific position.

Predefined settings can be used to reposition titles, and users can also click the text alignment and orientation buttons in the Paragraph group on the Home tab to quickly align or rotate selected titles.

Additionally, users can select their chart and then head to the Chart Design tab, click the Add Chart Element drop-down arrow and move their cursor to Axis Titles.
