Neeva's Premium membership enables unlimited searches and top-tier privacy-protecting tools, such as a Premium Password Manager and VPN.

Neeva is 100% ad-free and never sells or shares members' data with any third party. In addition, Neeva never shows 3rd-party affiliate links which bias your search and browsing experience.

Yes. Neeva's basic membership is completely free and only requires a free account, which you can create in just a few clicks. Use your email address, enter a secure password and you are good to go. (You can also use your existing Apple, Microsoft or Google account to sign up as well.)

Neeva Premium members receive best-in-class privacy protecting tools and other exclusive insider benefits. To become a Premium member, choose the "Premium" plan when you create your account. If you choose to start with a Free Basic account, you can always upgrade your membership at a later date from your Settings.

Neeva is a search engine that has an iOS browser app and browser extension. Our browser extension is compatible with all major browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge and Safari. Both our mobile app and browser extensions prevent trackers from following you.

Yes! Neeva is available for both iOS and Android devices.

When you use Neeva, by default your search history and interactions with the product are not stored. For users that create an account, only an email address and name are required. You can choose to enable search history within your Neeva Settings page. Whether you opt-in for memory mode or not, your information will never be sold or shared with anyone for profit. You can see the list of things we associate with your account in our privacy policy.

If you connect Neeva to an external data source such as G Suite, Office 365, or Dropbox, we will process data we get from that external source, which may include personal information like email, documents, contacts & calendar. This information is only used to show personal results when you search in Neeva and never for profit.

Yes! Our team at Neeva has invested in building one of the largest full search stacks outside of Google and Bing.

In Neeva's early stages, we started by working with the search technology at Bing. But today, we independently crawl hundreds of millions of pages a day, have an index with billions, and serve at scale. Now, we mostly use Bing's index for image search because we are a small team and this type of search is important to provide to our users.

Today, many of our main features are entirely served by our search stack, including NeevaAI.

All of the data you connect and generate through your usage of Neeva including your search history is encrypted at rest, on our servers, and in transit (i.e. if data is being transmitted through our network or on the internet). We only show you what you have access to. We don't show anything that is yours to anyone else. We keep your data secure by maintaining strict security standards and continuously testing our systems for vulnerabilities.

We currently support Google, Office 365, Dropbox, Slack, Github, Confluence, Jira, Notion and Figma accounts, but we plan to support more integrations in the future. When you are in Neeva, you can click on Apps in the left navigation menu to add your accounts.
